			<description>Harvest 2011 is at an end today with the last bin of Riesling in the press. News industry wide is of a late onset and finish to the 2011 vintage harvest and resulting crush. Maturity, monitored by acid and sugar measurements, has been a capricious dance. Red varietals are completing fermentation and headed for the press next.
