At this time, our thoughts turn to cellaring activities, and preparation for bottling. Clarification, filtering, blending, and ordering labels, corks, capsules, and, of course, bottles.
At the same time, some interesting educational opportunities are coming up. Washington Association of Wine Grape growers meets in Kennewick to update growing and wine making topics.
Weather continues to confound. So far, its been a warm and dry winter which is good for grapes.
