Grilled or roasted meats, sausage, and stews.

Predominately Counoise with a small amount of Syrah, Mouvedre, Zinfandel mixed in.  Aged 18 months total in Re-Coopered Balkan oak barrels. Alcohol 14.9%.

February 2016

Gold: Released in June 2018 – Gold Award at 2018 Wenatchee Wine & Food Awards
