2015 Rosé of Sangiovese
An off-dry Rosé driven by ripe raspberry and cherry fruit, and a hint of lemon citrus. Definitely a summer time patio sipper. Our Rosé will awaken your senses. We think Sangiovese, the dominant component of chianti in Northern Italy, is the most worthy varietal for presentation as a Rose'. Enjoy!
Especially nice with pasta, seafood, Salads are ideal pairing also. Sangiovese goes well with cheese including; Asiago, Brie, Fontina, Sheep or Goat milk, Mozzarella, Parmesan.
Harvested in Mid September 2015. Placed in stainless steel and lengthly fermentation over 51 degree F. Residual sugar at 1.7% and alcohol at 14.6%. pH 3.4 and TA 5.5
