2013 Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc originated in France, but the current wave of interest and popularity comes from vineyards and wineries in New Zealand. Depending on climate and vintage, variation flavors can range from grassy to sweetly tropical. In cooler climates and vintages, Sauvignon Blanc has a tendency to produce wine with noteable acidity and noteable grapefruit aromas and flavor. In warmer areas and vintages, it can develop more tropical or tree fruit peach, nectarine, and pear notes. Grapefruit dancing with kiwi. A great patio wine.
