Grown, harvested, fermented and bottled at our own Needlerock Vineyard. Complex nose of lychee, fig, and peach. The wine opens with sweet peach followed by ginger,and almond on the palate. Finishes with orange oil and ripe Bartlett pear.
Great with pork loin or salmon especially with a bit of "heat" on the Traeger works well. Try spicy Thai or Mexican. Cheese plates with Fontina,
